Triple Threat holds monthly meetings from September through May, leaving the summer season free for racing. Team meetings typically center around presentations by experts on topics of interest to triathletes. In the past, we have had physical therapists, swimming and running coaches, CrossFit trainers, sports psychologists, and nutritionists share their wisdom and answer our questions. Other team gatherings take the form of activities, such as our recent swim stroke clinic; tire changing clinic and group ride; and group yoga session. Triple Threats enjoy connecting with each other during the off-season at our team meetings, and any club business is also addressed as needed.
